In a sun-scorched coastal town, a teenage scavenger named Lucía unearths a weathered map that hints at a submerged legend buried beneath the tides. As mysterious storms churn the harbor, she bands with a wary hydro-engineer and a stubborn local historian to decode vanished harbors, forgotten ships, and a century-old pact with a water-dwelling guardian.
