A young photographer returns to a windswept Mexican borough famed for its floating gardens, seeking a lost manuscript that vanished decades ago. As dusk settles, rain slicks the canalways and colors bloom in the water’s mirror, drawing him into a labyrinth of family memories, urban legends, and whispered betrayals. He befriends an enigmatic boatman and a migrant violinist, each guarding secrets tied to a vanished aunt whose handwriting still haunts the pages he pursues.
